TERMS & CONDITIONS

To confirm bookings a $500.00 deposit is required, with the balance of charter payable seven days prior to the commencement of your holiday. The deposit is refundable less an administration fee of $250.00, up to 60 days before the departure date, after which it will only be refunded if another booking can be made.

All charters depart from Tin Can Bay Marina and Urangan Marina Hervey Bay. Fraser Island Rent-A-Yacht policy of full days (we do not do changeovers!) gives you, as charterers, the bonus of extra time for your money! - i.e. 5 nights means 6 days.

The charter area extends to 100 kilometres up the Sandy Straits, giving access to many beautiful creeks and safe protected anchorages. Extended charters may be pre-arranged with management at an additional cost.

Hire rates are subject to change without notice. Apart from the engine hours and special deliveries of supplies on request, our prices are all inclusive.

Fraser Island Rent A Yacht highly recommends that charterers take out comprehensive Travel Insurance.
